Pottery, paintings - oil and acrylic, sketching, mixed media. Inspirational. Might start a work at Artsenta and finish it at home. I like abstract work because you can see different things in it. I like vivid colours, it feeds my imagination. I make bowls, cups, vases, things that are useful. I display work at home and I like to sell my work. I am a member of the Otago Art Society. Recently selected for the Cleveland Art Awards. Making art keeps me sane and focussed. Camaraderie is important and a reason I come to Artsenta. It's a good place to be with friends. I like going on trips and sketching. I have been at Artsenta for over 15 years.
